Challenging
+ Everything I liked the hotel very clean location excellent
− Their was an Egyptian front service staff who refused to allow my mother who is a uae resident and left her passport back home in different city (Alain) and we had a copy of the passport her new resident visa and change status document , I asked my brother to speak to him and when my brother tried to explain to him he refused to listen and kept saying it doesn’t work and I kept asking this is issued by uae government and change status is also available via copy that I had with me and said it doesn’t work , he was very rude not solution oriented and really spoiled our family trip especially that my sister was visiting from UK and we all wanted to stay in the same hotel
