The amenities were complete and well-provided.The breakfast was okay and had a decent selection. Special thanks to Beatrix and the lifeguard guy for assisting us with our stay with warm smiles and excellent service. We truly appreciate their hospitality. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this place for those visiting Dubai.
− The only downside was that the TVs were not smart TVs, no channels too we called the staff to fix but was too busy to come right away that made us wait for long time . but everything else was excellent.

Disappointing hotel
− Disappointing. Old, outdated hotel. Strong mildew smell in the room, stained carpet, dingy towels, dusty windows.......the only positive is full breakfast.....

nice value, but not great
+ big size 3bed apartment, full kitchen and washing machine, location is great, 5min to metro, all staff are nice, good price
− very old and dated, very dirty carpets, old TVs and furniture, hard bed mattress, very dark rooms no proper lights at night, car parking is very tight. reception staff are always busy and have to wait very long time to be served.

Excellent
+ Booked 2 bed flat. Wasn't available so they gave me 3 bedrooms. Flat was clean. ACs perfectly cooling just sitting room was bit humid i guess windows leaking heat.
− Dinner buffet wasn't so good. Breakfast was great. Towels looks a bit too old.
