+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at Nidya Hotel Galataport We had a really enjoyable stay at Nidya Hotel Galataport and were particularly impressed by the kind, professional and welcoming service from the staff throughout our visit. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well maintained, with a beautiful view overlooking the cruise ship port. It was lovely being able to relax and watch the ships arriving and departing from Galataport. A special mention must go to TakMina, our waitress in the rooftop terrace restaurant. She was incredibly kind, friendly and attentive and provided us with fantastic service. She really helped make our time there that little bit more special. The rooftop terrace itself is a wonderful place to relax, with excellent views across Galataport and the surrounding area, particularly when the cruise ships are in port. Overall, Nidya Hotel Galataport offered a great combination of comfortable accommodation, beautiful views and genuinely warm hospitality. The excellent staff, and especially TakMina, made our stay memorable. We would happily stay again and definitely recommend it.If you want, I can also make this shorter and punchier for TripAdvisor or Google Reviews.

Ideal hotel for short stay. Tram direct to old town Oppsite cruise terminal.

+ The stuff is very helpfull and welcoming specially Mr Sadeq. They were always happy to help. The locantion is super good just cross the street to galat port. 5min away from tophane tram station. The room was spacious with beautiful view of the galataport mall. The room surface food was very good and prices were so acceptable. Definitely will come again inshala
− Only to provide better Iron machines. 😅 and if they provide more toiletries more than the shampoo definitely will be a 5 star hotel

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were lovely
+ The staff were excellent, helpful, personable, absolutely great. The hotel suited our needs very well. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was very good. A rare thing.
− The hotel could do with a little maintenance. Our big glass window/door on the street side did not close properly so let in street noise. Some of the decor needed a refresh. The hotel said it had an à la carte restaurant. It is a buffet dinner, definitely not à la carte. The hotel is, for us older people, a 10 minute walk to the tram stop. That is ok but one of the reasons I booked it is because they said the tram stop was right outside.
