Schöner Ausblick und Ausstattung aber schwierige Lage

+ Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war atemberaubend. Eine Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch im eigenen Restaurant sehr bemüht, lecker und günstig

− Die Lage hat zwar einen super Ausblick geschaffen aber es war sehr schwer zu erreichen. Die Hinfahrt war turbulent. Man bekommt weder ein Taxi noch ein Grab Fahrer zur Unterkunft, ohne die Hilfe des Personals. Das nutzen einige Mitarbeiter aus - um uns zum Wasserfall zu fahren, wurde erst eine kleine Summe genannt, die bei der Bezahlung dann mehr als verdoppelt wurde (keine schöne Erfahrung). Wenn man runterkommen will und nicht viel unternehmen möchte, ist es das richtige, sonst eher nicht passend

+ Le cadre est sympathique et très belle vue. Les chambres sont belles et propres. Bien équipés et bonne wifi.

− Le complexe n’est pas exploité à sa juste valeur : très peu d’espace pour se poser autour de la piscine, restaurent passable mais pas extraordinaire.

Not the peaceful retreat it's advertised as!

+ The view was spectacular, room was clean, staff were friendly.

− This property is advertised as a peaceful, restful retreat..... I booked 4 nights to relax at the end of a 2 week holiday of travelling around Bali. This property is definitely not peaceful. The road that runs around the front and side of the property is a through road to a villiage the other side of the hill. There is a continuous stream of motorbikes going up and down the hill day and night and a lot of horn beeping due to the tight blind bends in the road. I raised this with the lady on reception who very kindly offered to swap to one of the other rooms however, the motorbikes could still be heard and the view was largely blocked by the roof of the adjacent property. As it was quite late I stayed the 1st night but informed them I would not be staying the remaining 3, as the property was not the peaceful retreat as advertised. They refused to refund the unused 3 nights.

Unique Cabin Stay For Great Value

+ Firstly, Outstanding View and (at least for us) unbelievable value for what you get. Very worth going for a unit with a suspended pool. Breakfast was included. Small but nice infinity pool. Drinks and food available on property. Cool Yoga/Studio space that's open to use. Lovely grounds - plants / surroundings. Responsive and accommodating staff (did scooter us into town, for a price, when it was impossible to order a Grab).

− Difficult to get to - MAKE SURE to double check you have the right address. A very steep road leading to it which is difficult for some cars. For better or worse, a little far from Sideman. For whatever reason, was difficult to order a Grab/Gojek. Multiple times we wanted to leave the property but had no transportation (was worse in the evening). Again, for better or worse, It's a cabin-style property buried in the jungle, so plenty of bugs crawling around. Didn't bother us much but not suitable for everyone.

Amazing retreat!

+ Absolutely breathtaking, the views, the pod, the staff everything about it was just great. Super clean and everything you need.

+ - Amazing cottage with an authentic atmosphere, surrounded by nature - Small private pool (but no hot water, just pool) - Restaurant available throughout the day - Extremely kind and friendly staff - Simple but tasty food

− - As the cottage is surrounded by nature, it is easy for insects and mosquitoes to get inside - We expected it to be quieter, but there is a small road nearby used by local vehicles. Unfortunately, motorbikes are probably something you simply have to get used to in Bali. Overall, we really enjoyed the authentic atmosphere and beautiful natural surroundings.

− Accessibilité (grande montée difficile d’accès) La restauration et le petit déjeuner L’équipement de la chambre assez rudimentaire (pas d’obscurité totale de la chambre, literie dure) Salle de bain en extérieur avec des insectes (nous étions prévenus)

+ Superbe hôtel dans un cadre paradisiaque et en effet (comme certains le disent) très très isolé mais il vaut vraiment le détour

− Le petit déjeuner n'est pas top idem pour le dîner Le choix est très restreint. Il ne faut pas choisir l'hôtel pour la restauration

Hermoso lugar para desconectar

+ Vistas preciosas y un entorno realmente bonito, ideal para desconectar y disfrutar de la tranquilidad de Sidemen. El personal fue súper amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia.

− El alojamiento está bastante alejado del centro de Sidemen y la comunicación para llegar no es especialmente sencilla. En nuestro caso no supuso un problema, ya que precisamente buscábamos tranquilidad y desconexión, pero es un aspecto importante a tener en cuenta si se quiere visitar el centro o moverse con frecuencia por la zona. Como puntos a mejorar, echamos en falta una mosquitera en la habitación y creemos que la oferta del restaurante podría ser algo más variada. Atención también con el alquiler de motos, a nosotros nos tocó una en pésimo estado (es un servicio externo que ofrece el hotel)

+ La nature, la vue, le jardin et coin piscine / petit déjeuner. Superde expérience, préservée du sur tourisme à Bali. Et le personnel a été très aidant et disponible

− Un peu difficile d’accès, toujours besoin d’un taxi pour se déplacer
