+ What a hidden gem in the heart of Baku! ❤️ We stayed for only one night, and honestly, we wish we could have stayed longer. We booked the largest room, and it was absolutely gorgeous, stylish, modern, spotless, with stunning panoramic arched windows overlooking Molokan Garden. The staff were simply amazing, so friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful! And how this is a 3-star hotel, we honestly don’t understand. It feels much more luxurious. Everything is new, beautiful and thoughtfully designed. A true WOW experience. We would definitely come back! ✨

Highly recommended – we would definitely love to come back..
+ The cleanliness deserves special mention, everything was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas. You can really feel the care and attention put into every detail. The location is perfect. It’s very central, easy to reach everywhere, yet still calm and peaceful. We could walk to many places and never felt rushed or stressed. But what truly makes this place special is the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely smiling. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment, always ready to help with anything we needed, without ever making it feel forced or “hotel-like”. It felt warm and personal. You can tell that this is a place run with heart. We felt comfortable, relaxed, and honestly didn’t want to leave.

Perfect hotel in a great location with very accommodating staff
+ We stayed here for seven days, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel incredibly welcome. Alexander at the reception was outstanding — he went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. This was our first trip to Baku, and it couldn’t have been better thanks to the amazing hospitality we received. The driver, Fariz, was also great — very polite and helpful. He assisted us with our luggage and made sure everything went smoothly when we were leaving. The hotel itself was fantastic. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating, and the communication from the hotel manager Natalia is perfect. The location is perfect, right in the middle of plenty of shops, restaurants and cool places to visit. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 experience. We’ll definitely be returning in the future.
