A fantastic hotel, modern in a fantastic location. The staff make the holiday
+ The location was fantastic and although the rooms are slightly smaller, they are the perfect size for a break in Istanbul - your only needing somewhere to sleep
− The staff were amazing. Ahmet could not do enough for us, always smiling and always had great recommendations

Excellent
+ I liked the location; the street is quiet and peaceful, and the attractions are very close—literally 4 minutes away. The hotel staff was very polite and pleasant. The rooms were clean, and the air conditioner worked well. And very cozy terrace on the rooftop.
− I didn’t expect the breakfast to start so late, practically at 9 a.m., so I couldn’t evaluate it even once, unfortunately. The safe in the room wasn’t working, but I didn’t use it. They probably forgot to refill the liquid soap before my check‑in, but I used shampoo.

Excellent base for Istanbul
+ Wonderful location, convenient for strolling to the tourist sites. Outstanding staff, really went the extra mile for us. Spotlessly clean, compact but well appointed room. Sweet little rooftop terrace with a view of the sea.
− The water went off halfway through a shower but this may have been a neighbourhood rather than hotel specific issue
