Pleasant
+ Room - Good breakfast - more option not available Location - Good
− The front desk staff should provide guests with basic information about the hotel, such as the facilities, services, timings, and other important details. Unfortunately, we could not get even the basic information we needed during our stay. Better communication and guidance from the front desk would have made our experience much smoother.

Excellent
+ The hotel had all the necessary facilities - gym, swimming pool, restaurants - and also was joined to a mall making it easy to go for a short walk out of the sun and do shopping. We were lucky to get Mushrraf helping with any requirements we needed on our floor, and he was very friendly and helpful and made our stay top class.
