It was a lovely stay overall.
+ Its proximity to the Metro Station. Fast lifts. Quick and friendly staff. The mini grocery at the ground floor and the valet parking.
− The shower floor leaks out towards the bath floor. The lavatory faucet was unhinged. The bathroom door is not aligned and does not close properly. The fridge tilts forward when you load it causing the items inside to spill out once you open it. One of the televisions is inoperable unable to change the channel.

+ We had a lovely stay at Mercure Dubai Barsha. The room was comfortable and everything went smoothly. A special thank you to Nazrul Islam, who was so helpful during our check-out. He kindly helped us carry all our things and made leaving so easy and stress-free. Service like that really makes a difference. Thank you, Nazrul, and thank you to the whole team. We'd love to come back!

My stay at Mercure was superb, lookingforward to stay at the hotel next time when Im in Dubai
+ My stay at Mercure Hotel was superb, and my room was spacious and very comfortable. Although I was on holiday, I managed to get some work done. The location is amazing: a few minutes from the metro and bus stations, restaurants and supermarkets
− Some reception staff were a bit harsh and not very attentive to customers. It took me more than 30 minutes to check out while i informed them that I would be checking out early

It was beyond satisfactory, staff very accessible, awesome duty managers, great proximity to metro
+ Breakfast was a great variety and location was exactly as I wanted
− I didn’t like the fact that a guest has to pay for a visitor to access her room.

Hotel a little disappointing but location is great
+ Great location close to Dubai internet city metro
− This is a non smoking hotel but the hotel ignores guests who are smoking if you have asthma difficult to stay here. Also hotel not worried about people holding parties in room had to go to reception at 4 am to get something done, I had room for 16 nights and cleaning was not what you would expect from a big brand like mercure
