+ Beautiful romantic setting Amazing design We had the Mermaid suite which has outside shower and seperate outside bath Private pool Restaurant on site with room service Staff were able to organise many extras such as drivers, tours, yoga,massage and fire pit

+ We had an amazing stay at Magic Hills Bamboo House. The location is fantastic, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering a truly unique experience. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had great facilities, with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making the whole experience even better. We only stayed for one night, and our only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali!

Great experience at a secluded jungle site

+ It is an experience to sleep in a bamboo house - I would not miss it. Staff is very friendly and helpful, assisted in exkursion. The outdoor shower is wonderful - hot water 🙏

− The „stairs“ to the upper flor are more a ladder, bathroom is on the ground floor - is challenging to visit the bathroom at night. There is no place to put clothes.

Was good but could be much much better

+ The villa is amazing and it’s definitely a unique experience. The dinner was also very nice, we order room service and the best for us was the salmon Wellington, mie goreng and chicken cashew.

− To be very honest, the table in the villa was still a bit dirty from the previous guests. I understand it must be hard to clean rest of the food in bamboo. The staff doesn’t speak English very well and it’s hard for them to understand us and explain the things. They have several tours but please keep in mind you are not paying for a tour. You pay for the driver only. And our driver was very friendly but didn’t speak English very well. Breakfast you can only select 1 dish and 1 drink. Another important point, hot water. If you put water in the bathtub and if you have shower after, you will have to wait maybe 1.5h to have hot water again. This was not explained during the check in. Check in process could be much much better, explaining what we could see in a walking distance, what to do etc. but no, it was here is your villa, here is the book with the activities and that’s it. - and again, you don’t pay for any activity. You just pay for the driver. It’s also very far from ubud. When we book we search for ubud on booking.com and this accommodation was showing but when we booked the transportation they told us it’s not really in ubud ( our mistake of course) Some activities are not available. There is no service in the hotel. So you pay for the villa and don’t expect more. I feel you have more properties like this next to ubud and you can do more things in a walking distance.

+ To the owner of this magic hills, i was happy to be part of this very nice luxury resort in the heart of bali. And i am happy that u welcome me with all its glory and kind hearted staff , i could not ask more how well train your staff is...like most resort there is no perfection but for me how the staff treat me with respect and very helpful something i never seen any of this one through i manage to reach the level genius on booking.com i wish to tel to the guest that please stay here ..reasonable price , staff is amazing , freindly and dedicated to their job , the facility something luxurius high standard that deserve to be in 5 stars...thanks nyoman all the best.

− There is dogs that never make a sound its aim is to dig food , added to be cautious to not leave anything food .outside the pool , if no food to bite do not leave yr shoes or anything outside that they can bite , if nothing to eat there they will attacks things without making sounds and ,once u saw it , they running out of their witts like a criminal , they are 2 one is guaded outside the gate. There is a hole below and even u close the main gate they'll come thru underneath hole , the black one is guarded outside and white one is the one attack , they usualy come at midnight when everyone sleeping , i notice this on day 1 night and after see me they r running but on my final night at midnight i hear slowly commotion in the pool side , upon check is a big dogs one outside and 1 eaten my shoes and bie it , as no one food to be lefft in corridor , they see my shoes and eat it until broken , they heard me i open the curtain and quickly running like nothing happen. And ask his fellow companion to go and the 2 dogs white and black is like a human being that steal other people things and run , no sounds no barking..so pls be careful..
