Excellent
+ The location was fantastic, right next to a large shopping centre. Everything you could need was just a short walk from the hotel, including shops, cafés, restaurants, and hair salons. We chose to stay here mainly because of the convenient location and easy access to everything nearby.
− We honestly couldn’t find anything to dislike about the hotel. Everything met our expectations, and we were very happy and comfortable throughout our stay.

Excellent
+ Location wise is exceptional. Staff was really accommodating and professional, I dealt with Wei, Mercedes, Emily, and Tangkwa and they were all happy to assist and always had a smile on their faces.
− The only caveat, is the humidity but it’s Phuket and on the sea so humidity is expected. Other than than the room was spacious, clean, and overall, it was a lovely stay.
