Exceptional
+ Good location, excellent quality and facilities
− Long wait at reception as they said my card wasn't working. They got someone else to help as it was not the card but the person was doing the process incorrectly. It was swiftly resolved though, so not really something to worry about.

Location excellent
+ Only 20 meters to subway station. Location excellent. Pedestrian area which was lovely. Washing machines free, staff lovely despite no English so google translate a must
− Struggled to get a taxi as it’s pedestrianised so 200 metres to try and find one.

Fair
+ The location was excellent, walking distance to the train station.
− The room is not worth the price . The reception area was hot, no aircon at all. It feels more like a 3 star hotel.

Exceptional
+ We loved staying here. The staff were so lovely and helpful even with the language barrier. The location couldn’t be more perfect with great food right outside. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfy.
