It could have been a lot better, especially considering the price.

+ The location is excellent, with an amazing sea view. The staff were very kind and welcoming. We only stayed for one night, so most of our interaction was with Mehmet, who was incredibly welcoming and made us feel comfortable during our stay.

− The hotel is not the best in terms of cleanliness or value for money. The bedside tables were dirty, and the pillows were extremely poor and uncomfortable. The bathroom was reasonably clean, though. Overall, there is room for improvement, particularly when it comes to cleanliness and the quality of the bedding.

− **Very disappointing and misleading experience.** We arrived with a confirmed reservation, but instead of being accommodated as booked, we were transferred to another hotel without our agreement. The alternative accommodation was in very poor condition — dirty, uncomfortable and far below what was advertised. We also experienced very concerning pressure regarding our Booking.com reservation, including being asked to cancel it ourselves. The whole situation felt misleading and extremely unprofessional. **I strongly recommend that future guests be very careful when booking this property.**

Exceptional

+ The hotel is well located. You can walk to some tourist places, or you can walk and take the metro too. It has a very convenient location, the big bedrooms are really good, and it is a nice place.

Terrible Cleanliness, Great staff & awesome location!

+ The staff is very friendly, respectft and helpful. Dildar and Ali were the two young guys that were dealing with the night and day shifts respectfully and I would rate them both 10/10. They deserve a raise!

− Cleanliness was pathetic. I had cockroaches living in the back of the mini fridge. I killed a few but they kept coming back. I complained 3 times, the owner did not even bother spraying a pesticide, instead they would just clean away the dead cockroaches i killed and tell me the probyis solved.

− Redirected me to another hotel - hotel Kennedy, as their hostel was full, and that is after 1 hour wait. Hotel Kennedy is another nightmare.
