+ Very nice lovely place, my family enjoyed their time
− Why not having a private swimming pool optional for females only,, and leave other pool as it is for those who want to be free

Really lovely!
+ From check in staff, to staff who brought the bags to the room, to bar staff, to pool staff, to serving staff, everyone was incredibly attentive and couldn't do enough for us. The facilities were great, rooms lovely, service top class, the food was outstanding, so much choice for both breakfast and dinner and really excellent quality, really nice touch that water, juices and hot drinks were included as part of the dinner buffet. It really felt like all the staff were doing their utmost to make it a great stay for everyone. It was busy, but there were always plenty of sun beds and towels and service was quick.
− Maybe keep bath robes in the rooms. We've been here a few times for mini breaks and always have a lovely time. I've tried to book further ahead and notice that it says sold out on all dates which I'm assuming means the hotel is shutting for a time, this is a great shame and I hope tourism resumes soon so that they can open soon!

Lovely stay for family with children
+ Lovely staff that engage children very well. Many activities for children. My 2 year old loved it, many staff were very helpful in trying to engage and help my child play. Lovely atmosphere for family with kids. Breakfast was outstanding, 10/10.
− Room looks old and outdated, can do with a bit of renew. Dinner quality can be improved.

Overall, Lapita offers great food, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location
+ The food was excellent, with a good variety and great quality throughout our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and definitely worth the price we paid, making it a good value-for-money option for families visiting the parks
− I was disappointed with the condition of the pool facilities. The main pool did not appear to be properly maintained and the water looked dirty during our visit. The lazy river was another concern, as the water seemed stagnant. A lazy river should have a continuously running current to keep the water circulating, so this affected the overall experience. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of these areas did not match the standard of the hotel itself.
