+ Location and the newly built building
− They failed to provide me connected rooms with sea view for my family. The noise from construction site next to the hotel .

+ Big and comfortable room. It was really clean. Staff was great.
− I could listen if someone was in the room next to mine. The room has a door to connect to another room, so you could listen all the noises coming from the other room.

Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, great location.
+ Staff were exceptional, especially Derviş. Very accommodating and friendly. Derviş went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Rooms are very large and good location close to the airport, beautifully decorated inside.

+ The staff was very friendly, especially the people at the front desk. Dervis was especially helpful
− The phone in the room did not work. You had to unplug it. Wait 30 seconds before it resets to make a call, even to the front desk. The staff expected us the guest to just figure this out and adapt accordingly instead of just fixing the phone. Also, the internet kept cutting out consistently. For a business hotel, poor phone and internet connectivity was a surprise.
