Very Good
+ The location is excellent and close to tourist attractions. I recommend it. The hotel is generally clean and offers good value for the price.
− The staff do not smile and are very strict. I think they need to be more friendly, except for the lady from room service. She was absolutely wonderful and kind — the best thing I found in the hotel. She was helpful and spread smiles everywhere. I consider her a true ambassador of kindness in Istanbul.
