Great Property. Would stay there again.

The hotel offers excellent facilities, including good food, common area, game room, laundry service, a gym, swimming pool, and an observation deck.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with convenient water stations on every floor.
The breakfast was good, and the location was ideal—just a 10-minute walk to the train station, which connects to many attractions.
The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall with plenty of dining options, and just a pleasant 5-10 minute walk to KL Gateway Mall.
The complimentary shuttle service was an added bonus!

A couple of minor drawbacks: The pillows were a little too firm, and the room could be noisy due to its proximity to the road.

Nice, good, and best play to stay in the city area.

The location nearest to the institution and easier to get a grab service. The accommodation provided also very comfort and clean. They provide with room service if staying more than 2 days.

Toiletries - If possible could add like toothpaste, toothbrush as essential used.

Room - Spacious and clean, was surprised tho there were no toiletries and 3in1 packets the first booking
Facilities - Amazing. The pool, the game room, the gym, the convenient store, the kitchen and eating area, the best.

Wish there were toiletries and 3in1 drinks in the room and the tv? Only good for YouTube, wished there were more variety of good movie channel

Affordable, good location, but quality issues

Great location between malls, food spots, and grocery stores. Affordable, and generally clean and well maintained.

Room quality is inconsistent between stays. This time there was a random flushing sound in the room that went off in the middle of the night. Wifi is also unreliable — poor signal and random disconnections. I stay here regularly enough to know these are recurring issues, not one-offs.

A peaceful, clean, and comfortable stay with wonderful staff, though better communication and flexib

The stay itself was very good. The hotel was peaceful, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was excellent. In fact, I liked the hotel enough that this was my second stay at Komune Living.
However, I was disappointed with the communication regarding my booking. Our flight was delayed, and I emailed Komune Living several times to inform them and request a change in our dates, but unfortunately, the communication was not very effective and I was unable to reschedule. Because of this, I also lost the complimentary taxi/transfer I had claimed and ended up paying for two extra nights that I did not actually stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, no compensation or adjustment was offered.
Overall, I really enjoyed the property itself, especially the peaceful environment, cleanliness, and staff. I chose to stay here for the second time because of these positive aspects. I just wish the communication and flexibility regarding unexpected flight delays had been better, as that would have made the overall experience much more satisfying.

What I didn’t like was the poor communication regarding my booking change. Our flight was delayed, and despite emailing several times, I was unable to reschedule my stay. As a result, I lost my complimentary taxi transfer and also had to pay for two nights that I could not use. I was disappointed that no adjustment or compensation was offered, especially since the flight delay was beyond our control.
