Nice place to stay in Kuala Lumpur

+ Room was nice, clean and comfortable. I got one with no window so it was a bit gloomy but for just one night it was fine. Wi-Fi worked. Staff (e.g. Saim) was helpful but I didn't need much. The resident cat downstairs was adorable.

− The room actually had a window it was just obscured and you could hear an ongoing humming noise from outside, not sure from what. I could still sleep fine, it was like white noise but quieter would have been better.

Was ok but expected more value for money

Kingston hotel is good chain but need responsible and mature persons for the smooth operations

− Two men at reception were behaving like robots. I had an issue with date changes, but they didn't provide any solution (asked to change preference for extra money although the room is available) even after I contacted them several times. In the end, Booking.com solved the problem. They didn't guide us on AC operations or other necessary instructions. There is only one mug in the room; even after asking, they didn't provide a mug for my partner (no glass)

Good Value and Good Location, Comfortable Stay

+ I stayed at Kingston 6 Hotel for two nights in Room 315. The room was compact but perfectly adequate for my needs—a safe and comfortable place to rest. The bed was firm yet comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower had strong, hot water. The air conditioning worked well, making the stay even more pleasant. The hotel offers excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Guests are provided with only one room key, which helps ensure that electricity isn’t left running while you’re out. A refundable RM50 cash deposit is required at check-in. There was some minor noise from the hallway and street, but it wasn’t disruptive enough to affect my sleep. The location is very convenient, situated right next to a food street market, as well as pubs and restaurants. Overall, I was impressed. My stay included breakfast, which added even more value. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

− - It was hard to communicate with the lady at the front desk, language barrier. She also didn't explain where the Breakfast location was due to the limited English that she could speak. Breakfast is not in the same building but at the Durian restaurant 2 shops down the corner. - Having one room key can be inconvenient especially if there's 2 persons in the room.

+ The hotel is really well located and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the a/c worked well (although it was a little noisy). There was a water dispenser on each floor and the room had a minifridge. The shower had good pressure.

− The room was a bit smaller than other places we have stayed in Malaysia and the extractor fan in the bathroom was hanging out of its socket a bit, although it still worked fine.

They should atleast understand emergency situation.in that way it was actually very bad

− There is no washroom in reception area. This is for the very first time I saw no washroom in the hotel lobby area as it is quite necessary. And when I asked to use washroom in any room as it was an emergency they simply denied it. They will not understand your problem. You have to manage on your own.

− All good. Value for money for the price paid.
