Great stay in Kärakoy

+ The location was perfect, the area was close to many cafes, restaurants, the waterfront and the trams. The room was very comfortable, clean and charming.

Great staff, great location. Some small kinks to workout

+ The staff was so kind and helpful and always at their desk. Very polite and professional. The location was amazing and having the cafe right next door was lovely.

− The sounds of the keys to the doors are crazy loud. So many people coming in and out and it echos in the hallway. The keys are too heavy and old. Also in the early morning the entire hotel vibrates and shakes with a very loud noise. Every morning. The size of our room with luggage was much too small small.

Amazing find for the price

+ Location was excellent (close to restaurants, bars, bus/ferry/tram stops). Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. No traffic noise.

− No elevator (building is 4 levels). Kitchen not very well equipped. Noise/loud music from closeby bars untill very late (not too loud, but noticable).

+ Beautiful and comfy rooms in a great location (especially a super comfy bed and newly finished bathroom)! I was a first time solo female traveller here and found all travel around the city very easy from the hotel + many spots to enjoy night life and food nearby. Also a busy area at night so no safety issues on my end. The hotel staff were also very attentive, friendly, and helpful!

+ Gorgeous room and bathroom, kindly host and other worker (including the cafe). Easy to get to all the famous historical sites.

− It’s a little bit far from the metro and has no elevator, so if you have big luggage, should consider that.

+ The room was really great. Late checkin was not a problem as they have a 24 hour reception. I also really liked the area around the hotel. Small streets with a lot of restaurants and cafes. The guy (from South Africa) was super helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
