Incredible Experience with Amazing Staff
+ The people are what make this hotel exceptional We’ve stayed at several five-star hotels in Dubai, and spectacular buildings and facilities are almost a given. What really separates one hotel from another is the people, and that is where the JW Marriott Marina has been exceptional. Our first interaction was with Ibrahim at reception, who is a fantastic ambassador for the hotel. He perfectly balances professionalism, friendliness and humour, while having excellent knowledge of the hotel and local area. He even managed to upsell us to one of the largest rooms — something I normally never agree to! Later, when my fiancée flew home and I stayed two extra nights for business, he seamlessly helped me move back to a regular room. An outstanding employee. The breakfast team were equally brilliant. Ayoub remembered our coffee every morning and did something we’ve never experienced at another hotel. Knowing my fiancée was gluten-free, without being asked he arranged with the chef to prepare special gluten-free pancakes for her the following morning, complete with strawberries. A small act of genuine thoughtfulness that absolutely made her day. Rafa, who made my eggs every morning, was always smiling, friendly and kind, while Mujahid was consistently warm and attentive. A special mention also goes to restaurant managers Anas and Bahaa. Both were constantly interacting with guests and working alongside their team — clearing tables and helping wherever necessary rather than simply supervising. Bahaa also regularly appeared with something new he thought we should try! We had a handful of small issues during our stay, as can happen anywhere, but every one was resolved immediately. Staff took ownership rather than allowing small problems to become big ones. Dubai has no shortage of spectacular hotels. It’s the people who make you return. Ibrahim, Ayoub, Rafa, Mujahid, Anas and Bahaa are the reason we would return to the JW Marriott Marina.

Exceptional
+ The pool is amazing!!! It is a huge infinity pool overlooking the skylines of the Marina!! So relaxing. Much more quiet than other Dubai Hotel Pools. The location is superb. The hotel is connected to the Dubai Marina Mall. Walk to Seven Pier with gorgeous rooftop bars facing your hotel. Pan at Reception was so friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return.
