We have stayed there many times and it never disappoints. Staff are so friendly.
+ The hotel is situated right on the coast and the beach is combined into the hotels grounds. The rooms are all made up in Arabic theme and the beds are huge and so comfortable. There is a full stand in shower and twin sinks plus a bathtub. The breakfast is huge and the selection has everything from hot to cold and all served with a smile

Jumeirah mina al salam
− Wild Wadi was closed along with other facilities I'm the Jumeirah complex. However,the hotel did their best to compensate for it which they did in the main. Overall, I'd come back.

A trusted hotel brand, but this stay fell short of our previous experiences.
+ A hotel brand you can trust, with the level of service and hospitality we have come to expect from Jumeirah Hotels.
− Unfortunately, our stay coincided with the closure of the waterpark, in addition to renovation and refurbishment works taking place across several areas of the resort, not only at Mina Al Salam. Guests were also not allowed to use the pools and beaches of the neighboring hotels within the resort, even though the ability to move between and enjoy the facilities of the different hotels had always been one of the key advantages of staying at Madinat Jumeirah during our previous visits. Another point worth mentioning is that the beach food and beverage service starts being removed at around 5:30 PM, even though the beach remains open until 7:00 PM. I believe this is something that should be reconsidered. We also noticed cigarette smoke odors coming into the bathroom of Room 111. I am not sure whether this was related to the room being designated as a smoking room or whether there was an issue with the ventilation system, but the smell was noticeable and affected our comfort in the room.

+ I really like this hotel and have been coming here for many years. I love the open sea and the fact that there are plenty of places to walk around. I’d also like to mention Rayan, the baker, who is very attentive and kind.
− The water park was not operating, the sauna was closed, and the variety of food had been significantly reduced, while the price remained the same. This is simply not fair.
