Wonderful

+ I had read so many wonderful reviews before coming here, so my expectations were already very high. I can honestly say that they were not only fully met, but even exceeded. Everything was amazing: the beautiful sea, the resort itself, the atmosphere, and the excellent food. But what truly made the difference for us were the people. A very special mention goes to Mo, who looked after us throughout our entire stay as our personal assistant. He was absolutely amazing — always kind, helpful, attentive and ready to make our holiday even more special. A huge thank you also to Adman, who was an exceptional waiter and always made us feel so welcome, and to Tutu, a truly wonderful and special person whose kindness and smile we will always remember. People like them are what make a beautiful place unforgettable. Thanks to them, we felt pampered, cared for and almost at home from the very first day. This place will always have a special place in our hearts, and we are already thinking about coming back next year. A big hug to everyone, and thank you for making our holiday so special. ❤️

Amazing.

+ Everything was great. Our host Hassan was incredible and helpful. All the team in the Restaurant and buffet were amazing. Cleaning staff were incredible as well, room was always kept clean and restocked. The experience is just premium and incredible. Worth the money and stay.

Great resort for families

+ Very nice all-inclusive resort. Good for families with kids- kids club, animation. Food in main restaurant is very good, it is also possible to pre-order food for kids (soup, naggers etc). A lot of evening activities (if you need it). We stayed in 2 rooms - beach suite with pool and family villas. Both accommodations were nice, it is very beautiful beach near the beach suite with pool (without snorkelling options ), but we also like the beach near family villas (nice for families with some places from snorkelling). Very nice and friendly staff!!! Great massage, nice spa zone.

− All was good. May be timing to wait the buggy (if you need to go, for example, to water villas , you will possibly need buggy, especially during the daytime - it was very hot in March and it is difficult to walk throw resort without buggy ). Also it is necessary to understand that it is very good all inclusive resort for families/companies - like Turkey all inc hotels, but it seems not very suitable for couples who would like to spend the romantic hollliday without crowded restaurants and loud music in the evening. What else to say… may be the wine in all incl conception was not nice, prosecco was ok! Mosquitos (fumigator/repellents were necessary in March).

Learn, apply and repit, nonstop until achieved perfection in customer service. They pick you up and deposit at the airport so they keep good track of you. The distance of 40 min from airport ny speedboat is perfect and when you arrive to the island you can see the heavenly landscape. The rooms, specifically the lagoon with pool, you can see the construction is really solid. Impecable cleaned, cozy and spacious. Activities and beaches are on spot. Special mention to our main hoster Hilson who is in every single detail and more. His skills in coordinating all and giving us more and beyond, left us speechless. Impressive. Daniele as main man for the food part, delivers large variety and flavors from all over the world. Finally, our favorite weiters, Suzi, Richardl and Haam (sorry I mispel) are an inspiration for the new generations of young people in this sector, all around the world, serving with positive atitud and always ahead of the client s needs. All this talented staff is what makes it work. I ll miss you guys. Will be back asap. Take care.

Outstanding service, beautiful villa upgrade, and memories that will last forever.

+ We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. A special thank you to our curator, Naseem, who supported us at every stage and made our experience smooth and truly enjoyable. His attention to detail and care made a big difference. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary two-day upgrade to a villa with a private pool — an unforgettable experience! The food was delicious and always fresh, with a great variety of options. We also really enjoyed the tours and snorkeling activities we booked — truly once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Overall, this trip gave us memories that will stay with us forever. We would definitely love to come back!

+ Arni, who was in charge of our Vira service, provided exceptional hospitality. Thanks to her, we had a wonderful stay without any inconvenience. We would love to have her assist us again on our next visit. The other staff members were also kind, which made us feel very relaxed and comfortable.

Everything was perfect

+ I had a very good stay in joy maldives . The beach was very clear and villa is extremely big which i was able to rest. The Beach suite villa has direct access to the beach as well. The restaurants in the island has good option and many choices. The experience of japanese corner was veey good as well. Mr Naseem our host was very nice and very helpful during the holiday. He was caring and assisting with our all requests. We will definitely come back to the property again

Highly recommend JOY Island!

+ Breakfast was amazing every morning! Plenty of options to choose from and even though it was a buffet everything had such great quality! Staff was amazing when ordering coffee or anything we needed! Our resort staff, Yasir, was AMAZING! Request him if you can because he was incredible. Sent videos of our welcome and departure which was a nice touch. We also had decorations on our table every night (which I believe was because we got the largest overwater bungalow). The room was amazing and VERY spacious. AC worked amazing and we never had any problems.

Will definitely visit again

+ Joy Island lives up to its name - it is certainly a joy to visit! Our spacious and clean villa was a few meters from the beach. Beach was clean and the waters were crystal clear. We saw lots of fish and tiny crabs. We actually were content snorkelling there so didn’t we do the snorkelling tour. You can book lots of activities, or be like us, and just relax and do nothing. Staff were warm and friendly. Shoutout to our host, Naseem, who was incredibly lovely and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and always did so with a smile on his face. Airport and transfer boat crew were all wonderful. Our group was arriving on different flights and they organised our transfers without any issues. The welcome and farewell on the island was a nice gesture. All inclusive food is buffet style and is plentiful and tasty. There was plenty of variety - Indian, Italian, Maldivian (every Thursday) etc. There are also vegetarian options so you won’t go hungry. We all had a relaxing time and would love to go back.
