Dissapointing stay no staff name is lonza suite hotel not jakaranda boutique photos do not match at all room is very bas

+ Its a budget hotel not a boutique its cheap and in a main location near a bus stop so easy to get around its hilly nearby

− The name does not exist its actually got lonza suite hotel board on the corner of it. Theres 0 staff so you have to go next door to rexee hotel to check in and there is no help after as they only check guests in and out! There was 1 mug in the room that was booked for 2 people. 1 toilet roll for a 5 night stay!! There is no room service no one cleans the room during your stay. The photos do not match at all the room is very basic there is no lift, i tried the whatsapp number i was given and no one even bothered to open the message when i tried contacting theough booking.com no one bothered to reply

− Very disappointing and misleading experience. The room we received was completely different from what was shown on Booking.com. It was very small, dirty and poorly maintained. The shower was disgusting, with black, moldy walls, and there was dust and dirt everywhere. The room was barely cleaned and the towels were not changed properly. When we complained, nobody took responsibility or offered a solution. Do not trust the photos and description on Booking.com. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Bad and dirty as booking cheated us with no response or satisfaction!!!!

+ I’m soooo upset from booking coz he cheated us with the nice pics and found a different hotel completely this is first time to face such this problem from booking plus I contacted them many times and shared already real pics from the hotel with no reply or caring even to follow!!!

+ One of the most bad experience, the property was managed by another hotel named Rexee hotel, room was givin in 3rd floor there was no lift and nerrow stairs hard to get luggage even, then water was leacked from roof no internet at all no drinking water if complain they will told you its not our property we will let know to jakaranta management but actually there was no management. I will never atay there even if somone pay me for live .

Unsafe, bad Hotel – Not Fit for Accommodation”

− Extremely disappointing and unsafe experience – I do not recommend this hotel at all. First of all, the name of the hotel was completely different from the hotel we had originally booked, which caused confusion upon arrival. There was no hotel staff available at all. An employee from the neighboring hotel was the one who gave us the keys and collected them again when we checked out. The hotel itself appeared to be completely abandoned and was clearly not prepared to accommodate guests. The air conditioning was not working, and there were exposed electrical wires in several places, which is extremely dangerous and unacceptable, staying in 4th floor with elevator not working, the hotel location is 18+, In my opinion, this property is not suitable or safe for accommodation. We contacted Booking.com to report the situation and ask for assistance, but unfortunately, we received no effective support. The customer service experience was extremely disappointing. Honestly, I cannot understand how a place in this condition is allowed to be listed and available for booking on Booking.com. This was not simply a bad hotel experience — the property was unsafe and completely unfit for guests.

− Neither the hotel name nor the photos are real. Nothing is genuine. The room is dirty. They've combined two single beds to make a double bed. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
