More than amazing and exceeded my expectations
+ Everything went great. I was shocked by the high level of organization and management of the resort, and how smart everyone on the staff is. They are soooo smart, and I was shocked especially by the smartness of the concierge team, Suresh, Ibrahim Umar, and Srinivas. I have never experienced a concierge team communicating throughout their shift. Each one has two devices and talks all the time in order to deliver the best service, which serves all the guests and increases the comfort of your stay. The size of the room is so big, the size of the bed is so big, they have many many pools, many restaurants, they have many lakes that have very beautiful, colorful fish all the way, the peacocks added a spicy touch to the resort, they have a small zoo as well, small areas like a forest, the splash area is very nice, and the activities every where and all the time, you will never feel bord for a minute, I highly recommend this place.
− They will leave you with nothing bad to say; they covered every area perfectly and professionally.

Lovely large resort with beautiful landscaping
+ Lovely location and a resort that feels timeless. The hotel grounds are beautiful, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are quite a few different pools. Some more family oriented, some quieter, some for laps and some for lounging. Beautiful beach and a sprawling resort with plenty of activities.
− Wayfinding. There seem to be so many restaurants but finding them can be a bit difficult. Being such a large resort, some are a fair distance away from each other. On arrival day, we were looking for somewhere to eat lunch before our room was ready. We're not big fans of buffet and some of dining options weren't open for lunch. Others were outside terraces and in the heat of late May, we didn't want that either. Admittedly, it was hot and we were hungry, so finding somewhere to eat became frustrating. It was a much more relaxed experience once we were settled in and could enjoy poolside/beachside eating in beachwear after spending time in the pool. It just wasn't a great arrival experience.
