Good location and lovely terrace, but facilities were poor

+ The terrace overlooking Istanbul is beautiful

− Beds were extremely hard, no noise insulation, I could hear everything what's been happening on the streets and the corridors. Water pressure was keep disappearing when someone else was having a shower, also got burned with boiling water when cold water suddenly disappeared whilst I was in the shower

− При входе сразу резкий запах сигарет,это самое первое отрицательное впечатление При заезде в отель,нам сказали что номер который нам предоставят нужно будет поменять на следующий день,и если у нас с этим проблемы,мы должны решать это через букинг,тк это вина сайта.Сказано это было в достаточно грубой форме,после того как мы пришли уточнить почему мы должны менять номер,на точно такой же!И почему нельзя заселить гостей в тот номер!Мы не хотели менять номер тк приехали всего на 3 дня и пришли за уточнением на ресепшен,где нам в категоричной форме было отказано,плюс сказано в грубой манере. Так же,по необходимости пришлось забронировать отель еще на сутки,решили не менять локацию на 1 ночь,при бронировании через букинг оплата была указана в отеле,хотели оплатить по карте,но администратор обманула нас,говоря о том что оплата онлайн возможна только через сайт букинг,хотя она должна была предоставить терминал для оплаты.Оплатили в итоге наличкой Номер был очень потасканный,везде царапины и сколы,двери душевой открываются и закрываются только если приложить усилия Кофе на завтраке за деньги

Near to good view and all facilities arround here include tram way and buses

+ I like the location, the size of the property, and the overall atmosphere. It feels comfortable and well-maintained. The lady who works at the kitchen her name is Dunya is very kind and welcoming. The manager was very understanding and helpful as well. The older gentleman at the reception who work overnight his name is Anas was also welcoming and with great customer service experience.

− I liked everything. I just wanted to mention that was expecting the rooms to be a little bigger.

Disgusting staff...dodgy and sketchy....

+ Only the location.... I booked privately for 8 nights And then 1 night with booking.com However it was a mistake to book here.

− Definitely the Staff They donot understand English And the one receptionist was extremely rude... She refused to give me an invoice ..for my stay ... She further charged me for a stain on the sheet which was a fruit stain...which I offered to take to the laundromat...but she refused... Saying.it was their policy What was suspicious was she refused to to give me an official invoice or receipt for the cash I paid her....very sketchy behavior...when u pay for sumthin officially and ethically you are required to give a receipt.. the behavior was extremely dodgy... The breakfast was pathetic... The attitude was horrible... This was my 5th stay in istanbul and trust me this hotel was by far the worst. We chose it for location but made a terrible mistake.... I cannot believe they refused to guve me any .receipts... How are they running a hotel????? There's no kettle....the rooms are sooooooo tiny you cannot even walk around... Constant noise.... If u choosing location then go ahead but be prepared to deal with arrogant sketchy behavior. Booking.com really needs to intervene and give a stern warning against this kind of behavior . .

+ I loves the location and breakfast. It has really nice terrace and rooms. It’s a very good location and all of the staff are nice.

− The only thing that i didn’t like was the cleanliness, it could be more clean when it comes to beadsheets. There was a lot of hair on our bed and toilet wasn’t very clean.

− The property accepts only cash, even do you book through Booking and add your credit card details, and on the reservation says that you can pay with visa or Mastercard, they won’t accept it, so then I had to withdraw cash and end up paying 30 pounds more due to taxes and withdraw fees. I even called Booking but no one could help. P.S: This was our first time visiting Turkey, we did know much about it, but the receptionist said that everyone knows that in Istanbul everyone should care cash, so be aware about that.
