Excellent
+ Exceptional staff and a wonderful stay! The staff were absolutely amazing — incredibly friendly, kind, and supportive, and they truly made us feel like family. They went above and beyond to help our group with everything we needed, from arranging tables so we could sit together to helping with transport and anything else we asked for. The location was also excellent, close to both the waterfront and Taksim. I wish I could give the staff more than 10/10! Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent
+ The stay was very good. We stayed for 4 nights. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was nice as well. Overall good place to stay. If you don't mind walking stairs or uphill you are 10 min walk away from metro and port. We liked the location.
− Only one complain, the WIFI was not working on 1st floor, seems router issue. Did the complain multiple times, but not fixed on time. Still not a major issue...

We will definitely choose this hotel when we are in Istanbul
+ The owner Sinan is just the ultimate person you need when you are traveling to a new city! That guy just gave me a free room to sleep before check in time coz I arrived 6am in the morning. He didn’t charge me whatsoever. The dedication he putted in his business is so hard not to notice. I wish all the hotel owners/managers were lime Sinan. If I just write how much he helped us during this trip it will be really long feedback. So I’ll cut it short! Thank you Sinan for everything, I will definitely go back to this hotel when i’m in Istanbul

The owners go out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
+ The breakfast was "varied" and plentiful. You had a choice and so you chose different things on each day.
− The location was ideal and we walked to most places in particular TAKSIM square. Public transit was great.

Overall a welcoming atmosphere with delicious breakfast
+ The owners were wonderful and loving people. They truly did their best so we have a great experience. They listen to their customers feedback and value them which is why i really respect the owners
− Overall i liked that place. Id say the venting system in the bathroom could be improved since i thought it wasn’t circulating the air as efficiently as it could

Not just a hotel room, you will find a new family!
+ Sinan, Emir and Merwan were one of the greatest hosts that I have ever seen in my life. They all went above and beyond to make sure we would have a comfortable stay in their hotel. I cant thank enough for all their kindness and helps. This place is highly recommended not because of its amineties but because you feel like you have found a new family in Istanbul. Thank you my brothers. 😍
− Some bathroom hygenes can be improved. The walls need contant care because of the wet environment that if its neglected can get molds. Its not a big deal and can be scrubbed off though. Its better to keep and eye always on such tiny details. Other than that, for the money you pay you will get more than what is expected.
