+ The location is the only thing that is good about the property.
− The service and the staff communication, I mentioned in my reservation that I am staying at the hotel for a special occasion, and they have not prepared anything in the room, and when I communicated this to after checking in the response was that they don't have any fruit baskets 🙂. At least they can offer an upgrade or let us know this before checking in and will be understandable.

My stay at Hyde was great, I'd definitely come back!
+ The location was amazing as it was on the canal and there were a lot of Lebanese restaurants nearby to chose from. You could also go on nice walks. The room was super spacious and had lots of natural lighting. I'd asked for a room with a Burj view and the receptionist fulfilled my request. The OCCO shisha lounge had high quality shisha as well. I was able to order from Amazon and the parcel was brought up to my room which was so convenient and appreciated.
− There was no AC in the lifts so by the time I reached the ground floor, I was already warm and my make up was melting. I also had to ask the cleaners to come clean my room as they had missed it one of the nights.

+ The hotel has a great location, is very clean, and all of the staff were friendly and professional. I would especially like to thank Kareem and Ebtisam for their outstanding support and hospitality. They truly went above and beyond to ensure guests receive the best possible service. Their dedication and genuine care made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great stay for short trips and close to main activities in the center of Dubai
