A lovely quick break before my actual holiday
+ I arrived at the hotel and mentioned I was thirsty so the bell boy went and fetched me a bottle of water - it's the attention to detail that really matters. When I asked for a taxi to the airport in the morning, again they were very attentive and made sure I was on my way in a timely fashion.
− I honestly cannot think of anything - maybe making the entrance to the building more visible. There is not a clear distinction between the hotel and the residences.
