Transfer from airport to hotel is subject to additional fee and can be organized by request. Please be aware that you should only wear your swimming cap when entering the pool. If you don't have yours, you can get one at our Fitness Center reception at 20 AZN. Children under the age of 13 only eat for free when they choose meals from the Kids Eat Free menu or breakfast. The swimming pool will be closed from August 25 untill August 28,2026. Located 0.9 mi from the Maiden Tower, Holiday Inn Baku features a spa and wellness center with a sauna. Excellent hotel and fabulous guest service. Highly recommend.
+ The hotel was really clean and the reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The manager was exceptional, so well organised and efficient with a lovely approach to guests. The pool area was lovely and the breakfast was delicious with many options. The pool and gym opened quite late which was as really convenient.
− It was a little far from the centre so we had to get taxis into town. The taxis weren’t expensive though. Breakfast finished a little early for me. Aldo you need to wear a swimming cap in the pool which was annoying and the hotel was charging £10 for a cap so take one with you. All in all it was a fabulous hotel and I would highly recommend this hotel if you want excellent service and comfort. Rooms were lively and spacious and cleaners came every day. Nothing was too much trouble.

+ The staff were incredibly helpful.The facilities were really good especially the pool.Just remember to bring a swim cap.The rooms were very clean and the breakfast and the view from the breakfast was amazing

+ I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn and would like to give a huge shout-out to the entire team! I especially want to thank Irina and Kristina for their outstanding hospitality, care and attention. But honestly, respect and appreciation to the whole team — everyone was amazing. I highly recommend staying on the 12th floor with a sea view. The rooms have been beautifully renovated and modernized, and the whole atmosphere is really cool. With the sea view, it almost feels like you’re in the heart of Dubai, looking out toward Dubai Mall. Such a great vibe! A special thank you to the housekeeping and cleaning teams, especially everyone working on the 11th and 12th floors. The rooms are always clean, everything is well maintained, and the service is excellent. The reception team is also fantastic — very friendly, professional and helpful. And a big respect to the bellboy team as well. Everyone contributes to making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Honestly, all of you are doing a great job. Thank you for the hospitality, energy and service. I really enjoyed my stay and will be happy to come back again. Much respect to the whole Holiday Inn team! ❤️ With respect, Leo

Fabulous stay in a wonderful country, with kind people, delicious food & beautiful music.
+ Staff were friendly, helpful and keen to make our stay as good as possible. The hotel has a fabulous aspect; we had a beautiful view of Caspian Sea and the really cool & unique skyline of Baku. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of food. The chefs made any egg variety that we wanted. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The pool was clean, warm and the facilities like the gym, sauna etc were good. We were joining our son who was cycling to Australia from UK. The hotel was a great base for our trip. My son was permitted to store his bike in a store room. The people of Azerbaijan are kind and hospitable!! Thank you!!!
− It was a bit of a walk to the old town but we discovered a lovely sea front walk which took us to the centre of Baku & the old town.

+ The hotel is very well located with different shopping malls that have convenient restaurant choices right next to you making it easier to dine without going too far even its own restaurant had good choices. The beds were very comfortable (though there were 2 in 1 when we asked for double), the room is spacious the shower is good.it has a big climatized pool, breakfast was ok with choices and well presented plus a station to make eggs on demand. Overall excellent experience
− Breakfast has a lot of variety but i would have appreciated more options for lactose intolerant guests like vegan yogurts... overall the hotel was very good
