+ The position of the hotel was very convenient for me as a tourist. Also the staff is very friendly and always ready to help you. The room was clean.
− The rooms are quite small. If you wanna go to shopping, it will be hard to stack your items around the bed. Also, the restaurant could be cleaned more carefully, especially the trays. The breakfast was ok-ish.

+ Breakfast was excellent,lady was making Turkish bread (ekmek) every morning. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is excellent,close to tram and bus station. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

+ I am very grateful to the hosts for their kindness and for going out of their way to help me during my stay. The hotel is located just 5–6 minutes from Aksaray Metro Station and around 9 minutes from Marmaray, with the real history of Constantinople all around you. I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of the kindness and courtesy of the hosts. They even went out of their way to find ice for me in the middle of the night. They did not have any at the hotel, but they called and arranged for some to be delivered. I had fallen during a walk earlier that day, and thanks to the ice they found for me, the swelling and bruising would have been much worse. The room was clean, as was the bathroom, and there were plenty of fresh towels. If you don't enjoy the breakfast, there are dozens of places to eat just a few minutes' walk downhill, many of them open early in the morning. And just across the stairs opposite the hotel, there is a fantastic bakery. I will definitely stay at Hira Hotel again the next time I visit the city. Thank you once again for your kindness and hospitality!
− The large bed takes up quite a lot of the limited space in the room. The room could accommodate two people, as long as they have modest expectations regarding space. I also found the stairs quite steep, which was not particularly convenient for me.
