I had an awesome stay at the hotel and in Baku generally.

+ The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a secure neighbourhood. The hotel restaurant had good food.

− There was a bit of a language barrier but even so the staff tried their level best to assist whenever I sought their help.

− The triple room is poorly designed. Our shower door has a broken sealant and the water just leaked out. The beds were not very comfortable. Bedside tables had no drawers.

+ I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Baku. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with spacious rooms and excellent amenities. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile, making me feel at home throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient, providing easy access to many of Baku's main attractions while still offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Baku.

− Overall, my stay was very enjoyable. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be that the breakfast menu could offer a bit more variety from day to day, especially for guests staying several nights. Other than that, everything met my expectations, and I had a comfortable and pleasant experience.

− The location is a bit inconvenient for getting a taxi. Drivers often struggled to find the hotel entrance, so we often had to wait a long time for them. Housekeeping staff were loudly gossiping outside our room every morning while cleaning. I woke up every day because of the noise. The soundproofing is poor. The housekeeping was below average. When we requested room cleaning, they mostly just changed the towels and didn’t do much else.
