− Hot water never came for the wash basins in all the 3 rooms I booked -2706 2712 and 2713 Night dimming light in the bathroom never worked

− There is at least one night club in the hotel, lots of drunk people in the lobby on Friday night, impossible to get close to the hotel by car on Friday night.

+ Location and cleanliness.
− Breakfast and dinner were average and did not meet my expectations. The options were quite limited, and the overall quality and variety could be improved. In particular, dinner was disappointing and fell short of what I expected.

A very enjoyable stay with excellent service, great facilities, and a comfortable overall experience.
+ I particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast, comfortable and neat room, attentive room service and housekeeping, and the guest services and follow-up. The location was also very convenient. I appreciated the facilities as well, especially the gym, spa, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, lobby, and well-maintained corridors.
− The USD-to-dirham exchange rate offered by the property was far too low. Unfortunately, I had to use it at check-in as I had just arrived and hadn’t had the chance to exchange money elsewhere yet. The lighting in both the lobby and the gym was also too dim. Apart from that, everything was excellent.
