Wonderful stay – highly recommended
+ The hotel is beautiful, extremely clean, and the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. As a Genius member, I had already received an automatic upgrade to a Superior Room, which was spacious and very comfortable. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the bathroom fittings in the shower and bathtub, but the staff handled the situation immediately and moved me to a suite. What could have been an inconvenience turned into an even better experience. The suite was beautiful, and the whole stay exceeded my expectations. Everything was handled with great care and professionalism. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Incredible location and helpful staff
+ Staff are incredibly helpful, everyone at reception is a delight. The hotel location is incredibly convenient for all parts of Dubai and I will definitely be staying here from now on. Rooms are clean and quiet.

Was a pleasant stay but ruined by lady manager's rude behaviour
