+ The location is great as well as the staff were brilliant, very helpful. It's within walking distance to the major attractions, mosques, palace, bazars, metro, bus. Stayed there for four nights no hassle, stress free, if your planning to mostly stay out sightseeing and dinning this is perfect, basic facilities, nothing fancy like the more expensive hotels, its a bang for your buck!!

It was a wonderful stay.

+ It was an experience that far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is fantastic. Situated right in the heart of Old Istanbul, the area is like an open-air museum, rich with the historical institutions and monuments of the Ottoman Empire. The hotel's historic wooden architecture is beautiful and charming. The staff are very helpful. I would recommend it to everyone. Everyone should have this positive experience.

− Nothing was bad.

The value for money was good, but I would recommend paying a little more attention at details...

+ We really liked the fact that it was close to the main tourist attractions. We also loved the room: it was cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. We also really appreciated how kind and welcoming the owners were. In the evening, they invited us to sit and chat over a cup of tea, which made our stay feel very warm and homely.

− There were a few things that disappointed us during our stay. When we arrived, there was hair on the bathroom floor, which made us feel that the cleaning had been rather superficial. The toilet also did not flush, so we had to improvise by filling the waste bin with water and pouring it into the toilet to flush it. We also found it inconvenient that the shower water splashed all over the toilet area, and there was not enough toilet paper provided (but we asked for and the owner provided us). What bothered us the most, however, was the noise from the neighboring guests. During the nights of our stay, they returned to the property very early in the morning and were extremely loud, slamming doors and talking loudly. Unfortunately, this disturbed our sleep considerably and negatively affected our overall experience...

− The location was a bit hilly, and the matress was a bit weird but everything else was ok

+ The staff was very kind (Mr. Mohammed). the room was small but clean and comfortable.

− Difficult to get a taxi near the hotel when we have luggage to move to the nearest public transportation.

That’s more a hostel than a hotel but a good one, especially if you don’t plan to stay inside for a long time. Fair pric

− Once we moved in we had to ask to fix/handle a lot of stuff: TV remote, towels, towel hanger. Bathroom in general lacks the hangers and a place to dry towels/clothes

We Were Like On The Street Of Historical Mansions

+ First Of All, The Host Is 2 People, Muhammed And Berata, Thank You Very Much. They Are Doing Their Best To Fulfill What You Want. We Stayed In A Room For 3 People And The Design Of The Room Was Very Nice. It Was Enough For 3 Adults. Breakfast Time Was Between 8-10 In The Morning.
