+ The location of the hotel is great, being close to most attractions. The rooms were comfortable and the pool was great as well. Rooms were also quiet, which is a bonus.
− Unfortunately, there was a shortage in staff. There was only one person in reception, one for handling luggage, and one person for the valet. This made processes really slow and we couldn't even use the valet service, as it would have taken 15-20 minutes just to get our car. The bathroom water leaks to the room in some cases. The hallways between rooms were quite dirty in terms of carpeting.
