AMAZING

+ We had a fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable with super easy access to public transport, and our room featured an incredible view of the city. A special shoutout to the front desk staff, who were exceptionally warm, friendly, and constantly ready to assist with anything we needed. They even accommodated our request for an early check-in and were a huge help with our luggage right from the start. The only minor downside was the very limited options at the buffet, though I'm sure they will expand and improve that moving forward Wonderful service and a great experience overall—we would gladly stay here again!

Charging twice for the same booking is not good service

− The managemwnt is neither fair nor customer friwndly. I booked a guest on Booking.com When he arrived late he was told by the desk the booking was cancelled as a no show and no refund. I booked him again, same guest, same dates and my son used my card to pay for the new booking. The management believes as it unilaterally cancelled the booking there is no refund So I paid TWICE for the same room

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

+ Overall, everything was excellent and I had a very pleasant stay at the Grand Best Nobel Hotel İstanbul. 1- Easy access: It was very easy to reach the hotel from Istanbul Airport. I took Airport Bus No. 12 to Aksaray, and from there it was very convenient to get to the hotel. 2- Friendly and helpful staff: The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were also kind enough to give me my room immediately upon arrival. 3- Excellent room: My stay in the room was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the minibar/refrigerator was more than sufficient for my needs. 4- Excellent breakfast: The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food and plenty of choices.

− Honestly, I did not find anything that I disliked during my stay. Everything was excellent, and met my expectations. Overall, I have no complaints about the hotel. Everything was excellent, and I have no complaints.

Good Hotel, Great staff

+ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to Murad at the reception. He provided outstanding, attentive service and speaks flawless English. He was incredibly kind, easily the most hospitable person I met in Turkey. At one point, when my credit card wasn't working, he even ordered food for us and paid for it in cash out of his own pocket. I would recommend booking this hotel solely based on his level of care. ​The rest of our stay was equally pleasant. The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, and our room looked exactly as it was depicted in the photos. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the Fatih district. The only minor note is that the elevators are a bit cramped, though they worked without any issues. Overall, a fantastic experience.

− Although the hotel does not have a traditional room service menu, the accommodating staff more than makes up for it by helping you order food from local outside vendors.
