+ The staffs, they all very nice and kind.

− Can make it better cleaning like towels n bath area.

Pleasant

+ The location of the hotel is amazing with a very nice view of the sea. The room was spacious, and the staff were very kind to accommodate all our requests.

− The breakfast was very basic and boring. The washroom was not cleaned even once on our 3-day stay even after telling the staff. The staff speak very little English (only one of them speaks and the other doesn't speak at all), and hence it was a trouble to make him understand our needs; however, the translator does the job.

+ This hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Galata and Karakoy, where you can easily catch ferries or public transportation to the historic center or the northern part of the European side. At first glance, the area might not seem like the best, but it's absolutely safe, and despite the city traffic, the hotel is quiet. The owner's children welcomed us warmly, and the owner himself and his staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel's highlight is the veranda where breakfast is served, which offers a beautiful view of Istanbul.

− The only downside might be the room, which, while comfortable, could use some updating and repairs, especially the towels, which have holes or stains (although they were clean). For the price, it's an absolutely excellent choice.

Overall a very positive experience for a reasonable price in perfect location!

+ Perfect location, very friendly stuff. Room had a big bed and even a guest bed. Table + shares were available. Neighborhood a bit dubious at first sight, but turnt out to be very safe and well located.

− The room was quite noisy and the windows weren't very well insulated. Cleanliness was okay, but not perfect. Some things, like the bathroom fixtures or fridge, need updating.

It’s ok for the price, but could improve in the cleanliness and customer service.

+ The location on this hotel is ideal. Have in mind that the streets in Istanbul are not very pedestrian friendly overall. The room overall was good.

− The cleanliness of the place was not the best. There was a refrigerator in the room and it was very dirty with black stains on the inside and some gooey type liquids on the bottom. Also, when we got there there was a kid in the counter and he called someone to come and complete the check in. He said 5 minutes but we ended up waiting about 30 minutes for someone to came and do the check out. Also, place is advertised to have breakfast from 8-10 but I got there at 9:26 and there was barely anything left. The room was advertised to have garden view but we had street view. Also, ran out of toilet paper the last day and there was not any spares ones to use.

Bad choice

+ They are kind people but not professional..

− It was a bad choice for my family... If they put some money to the business and work as professional....sure they gonna have a success..they have a diamond but they used like a rock..

Quality/price, it is the best choice.

+ The staff who managed the hotel are the best, and even the hotel location is near to galata tower maybe 400m and near also to taksim.

− The breakfast in 2024 is much better then the one in 2025.

+ The hotel has a great location (literally 5-10 minutes to the embankment and the Galata Tower), and the hosts are kind and welcoming.

+ The hotel location was amazing amazing to the most attractions, the personals are very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean, and restaurant view was amazing.
