+ I really enjoyed my stay at Flora Hotel in Dubai. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and taxis, which made it very convenient to get around the city. The staff were very friendly, polite, and welcoming throughout my stay. I was also very happy to receive an upgrade to an amazing room, which made my experience even better. The room was comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained. Overall, I found the hotel to be a great value for money, especially considering the location, the quality of the accommodation, and the excellent service from the staff.
− There are a few points that I think could be improved. None of them affected my overall experience or prevented me from enjoying my stay, but I believe they are worth mentioning, especially because the hotel has a very high standard. First, regarding the iron. I had an issue with the iron in my room and contacted the hotel, and the staff were very proactive and promptly brought me another one. Unfortunately, I also had an issue with the second iron. In total, it took almost 40 minutes to resolve the situation. Eventually, the team identified an electrical issue in my room, fixed it, and everything worked again. During my stay, I also noticed that some of the lights in the room were flickering. For this reason, I think it might be worth having an electrical inspection of the room and possibly checking the electrical panels to make sure everything is working properly and to prevent similar issues from happening again. I really appreciated how quickly the staff helped me, especially because I needed the iron for an appointment, so this is not a complaint about the service, but rather a suggestion regarding maintenance. Regarding the bathroom, it was very spacious and overall very nice. However, I found a strand of what appeared to be female hair in the bathroom. I was staying alone and no one else entered the room during my stay, so this made me feel that the bathroom may not have been cleaned as thoroughly as it could have been. I also noticed a small amount of mould on the ceiling. Neither of these things affected my stay, but I think they are details worth improving, particularly considering the overall quality and standard of the hotel. I requested room cleaning whenever I went out, and every time I came back, the room was clean and organised. I really appreciated that. However, during my two-night stay, the towels were not changed.
