Very good and would stay again as the staff were so good and hotel is nice.
+ Nicely kept and very clean. Heritage staff Gilbert, Jaicee and Ashish were excellent and so helpful and knowledgeable, really made our trip.
− Balcony was too small for two people to sit at table and relax. Heritage lounge was closed and relocated to ground floor instead of 9th floor, not clear when booking.
