Location close to the main thigs of visiting in Istambul
+ Very good location. Near to restaurants, shops and main things that needs to be visited in Istambul. Very good breakfast .
− The roof top bar had an amazing view. But the service and the quality of the cocktails are poor. The prices are high and do not correspond with what is is offered.

Very Good
+ The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
− Some rooms are small, and the bathroom and room doors interfere with each other when opened. The iron is not provided free of charge, and the ironing service is quite expensive. For a 4-star hotel, I believe an iron should be available to guests free of charge. Breakfast can be better

Excellent
+ Location is the best. All touristic destination are really close to hotel. Rooms have conditioner so it was pleasant after a hot day to cool down.
− Breakfast was not as good as I would expected. Small selection range. I was able to eat good enough for a day, but I was expected more. Maybe it is connected that dining room is not that big itself
