+ Overall average place, it's clean and nice tidy room with basic amenities and a very small attached bath and toilet, the staff / caretakers of the property is good and polite.
− Location is bit far from any public transport and also there is no direct road approach for cars or two wheeler .. it's main door located just on the main drainage and need to walk by side of the open drainage

Good for short stays, not for long ones
+ Property was tidy and well maintained.
− Lots of stray cats which cried/meowed loudly late at night. Also there was a strong smell of cat urine.

+ Basic, clean room. Good value for money. Quiet guesthouse. Water dispenser with hot water (which is nice for coffee in the morning) and cold water all day. There is a small shop (end of the alley near railway tracks) open 24 hours which is convenient.
− The location is not great: it's difficult to find the first time and it's far from the main tourist area and cultural attractions.
