Excellent. I’m going back in 10 days to stay another 4 nights.
+ It felt very much like a traditional Thai bedroom. An extra bonus was the big bathroom with an on demand hot water heater.
− There was a fair amount of street noise because of its excellent location. It didn’t bother me, but might bother some guests.

It’s very nice to take a walk in the evening when it’s cool and there are no crowds of tourists
+ The location is awesome: palaces, temples, the metro, the ferry station — everything is nearby! The hotel has a restaurant where you can enjoy very tasty Tom Yum.

Spaceous room with old-time-charm in most convenient location for first time tourists.
+ We loved the old building and location just next to all old town attractions. Despite of being so near to touristic attractions, it was quiet for sleeping. Lovely cake-cafe nearby and lots of street-vendors. The host is very professionally responding to any emerging questions. It was hot and sticky outdoors, but room was nice.

A Truly Pleasant Surprise
+ I loved the location and how nice and cooperative the staff was. The really made the difference in that despite any language barrier, they gave their absolute best to suffice your needs and make you feel welcome, safe and cared for. That, in my view is priceless. Besides that, the location is great! Several types of restaurants and tá nearby; also within walking distance to major World Heritage Sites.
− The stairs, but really it’s not their fault I’m out of shape. ;-)
