Good hotel for transit
+ The room was very clean, and the reception staff were friendly and professional. They also provide airport pick-up and drop-off services, which was very convenient. The location isn’t too far from the airport, and the price is a little more affordable compared to hotels located right at the airport. The restaurant was also quite good, offering both a buffet dinner and à la carte options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
− The shuttle driver was not very friendly or helpful. He didn’t greet us or offer any assistance with our luggage. He simply remained seated in the driver’s seat. The baby cot wasn’t ready in the room when we arrived, even though I had messaged the hotel in advance to request that it be prepared.

A super luxurious stop over break
+ The swimming pool was awesome and surprisingly under-utilised
− Still a long way to walk to public transport. But that will change soon with the metro link.

Peaceful and comfortable place for work.
+ Location is fantastic in relation to where I needed to be not necessariy if you need to go downtown. However, good free shuttle bus to the MRt stations and soon an MRT will be open within walking distance of the hotel so even better!
− It wold be nice if there were more options for food and drink on the property.

This was perfect for late arrival at the airport, and we had a good rest and enjoyed the pool.
+ Close to the airport. The pool was great. We liked the 12 o'clock checkout. Breakfast was delicious, however, it would have been good to have more vegan/vegetarian options, and also better indication what was vegetarian.
− It was a bit hard to get into the city with public transport.

Exceptional
+ Amazing breakfast buffet which was complimentary as part of our stay due to a promotional period at Dusit Thani. We particularly enjoyed the pool, views over the golf course, great food and very helpful staff to organise transport to and from the city and to the airport. Would happily return here on another trip.
− Great proximity to the airport however a bit further afield for exploring the famous Gardens by the Bay.

Good hotel, close to Airport
+ Rooms are comfortable and spacious, staff are friendly, it’s good for a quick stay if you want to be close to the airport and at a reasonable price.
− You require a taxi to get everywhere, next time I will pay extra and stay central to ships etc, but ideal if you want to stay for a quick transfer.
