Good location and nice room
+ No real restaurants for food to enjoy and limited options on limited days.
− Gym was good as was the room and comfortable bed. Shower was touchy and difficult to get water temperature that I wanted.

Enjoyed the upgraded executive suite with Burj Khalifa and SZR views, at additional cost but worth the extra payment.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, and the cleanliness, room, view, and excellent staff.
+ The cleanliness was excellent, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The room was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing.
− The only downside was the breakfast. Honestly, I didn’t find it very impressive, especially for Arab guests, as there weren’t many good options for us. Most of the food was Asian-oriented. However, the restaurant staff were excellent, very friendly and cooperative, even on very busy days. As for the location, although the hotel looks very close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa on the map, it’s not really walkable You will need transportation to get around. Even the nearest metro station is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
