The location of the hotel is amazing, very close to the METRO and MARMARAY, and very few minutes of walking to the TRAM. There is a shop nearby, a pharmacy, restaurants, anything we needed. the staff was very welcoming from the moment we arrived until we left, they helped with our luggage and were really professional , i don’t remember the exact names but i think ALI, and Mr. GOKHAN and others too. so thank you all. The room was always cleaned.

The bed sheets and bathing towels are old needs renewed, also the women who clean the room asked for money to clean up. Breakfast not good, actually the hotel previously was better than now, I stayed in it in 2023, 2024, 2025 but in 2026 I don’t like it

A decent stay with a convenient location, but not as impressive as the reviews suggest.

The location was convenient, close to both Aksaray and Yenikapı metro stations. The breakfast was also good, and overall the hotel was decent for the price.

The room was quite small, and I expected a little more based on the very positive reviews. For a similar price, I think it is possible to find better options in central Istanbul.

The hotel was nice. It is compact but efficient. All the facilities were provided properly. The location was perfect for all transportation methods.

The breakfast was there, but it seems they didn't even try to make it pleasant or appetising. Everything was dry or cold unnecessarily. The surrounding area doesn't look nice, even if the inside is good but very tiny

Cooperative staff and excellent location.

They accept to provide me with early check-in and allow me to have a breakfast a day before my checkout day. Guzhan was very cooperative and helped out in the Wifi problem with my mobile device. In the evening, Ozgan and Savas helped me to take a taxi to Sabiha Airport before 03:00 AM as I found out there is no bus service between Taksim and Sabiha Airport in the period between midnight and 03:00 am.

Good breakfast, they change the options every day, so if you are staying more than 1 night, you can always try some new combinations. Great location close to the Yenikapi metro. I stayed there twice and will come back again.

Friendly staff, good selection at breakfast, nice smell in the hotel. Very good location.

There is room for improvment regarding cleaning, especially bathroom. Not enough place for clothes.
