Good location only

Good location, close to everything. Metro tram, restaurants shops and tourist areas
And breakfast is not in the same building. It will be in the Crowned plus hotel just one block away. But it has an amazing view in the 4th floor

The person welcomes me in the afternoon was very accommodating and helpful. He even moved me to a quieter room as I am with a baby.
In the afternoon the lift was broken.
The other guy in the reception was extremely rude and dismissive when I wanted to ask someone to talk to about the lift and the issue I have in the room and the fridge.
First night. Fridge is old and not working, I ask to someone to check but no one came. At the end they said I can just ask the recep to use the main fridge and not the room fridge.

Room was ok - served it's purpose - compact but functional, with good hot shower.

The staff, especially Sabrina and Nazanin at the breakfast time - they were extremely polite, friendly and helpful.
The gentleman in the hotel, when we arrived and the other night shift staff, Mohamed, the cleaning lady and the others, thank you to all of you!
Fantastic location - the hotel is virtually next to Sirkeci Marmaray (Tube Station) and about a 2 min walk from Sirkeci tram and train. If you're able to, use the Sirkeci Marmaray to get to / from Sabiha Gokcen airport - you'll avoid the stress of being stuck in the crazy Istanbul traffic and wondering if you'll make it in time for your flight home!

Breakfast wasn't served at the hotel - you had to leave the building and walk around the corner to another hotel, I think it was called Grand Huriyet hotel, which was a few buildings down. This wasn't mentioned in the listing when I booked.

Clean, within walking distance of everything.

Sirkeci center: a few steps from the tram stop + a few minutes walk to the ferry port + grocery store nearby, but still quiet (room opening to inner courtyard). Daily cleaning + fresh towels.

The bearded, black-haired men at the reception can't say hello! The others, yes! It was strange for me in Turkey! There is not a single hanger in the room, not even in the bathroom! Only 4 clothes racks (for 2 people). Because of the huge bed, it is not possible to move in the room.

The breakfast was not good. There was very little choice and it did not seem hygienic. The way to the breakfast area was also strange, as we had to go to another hotel building around the corner, basically across the street. In addition, the staff were very loud and spent most of the time talking among themselves, which negatively affected the atmosphere.

We really liked Its central location

The property was so small, not well cleaned and too noisy. We had to walk to the other property in order to eat breakfast, which was ok. It was difficult to find tables for the breakfast.

The breakfast is very poor and it's at a different hotel, you have to go, which isn't described when booking. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper holder. The furniture is old. Although they said it was a new hotel. There is very little space in the room, but for a few nights it's ok.

The slipper is so thin that I cannot even wear it properly. The lighting in the bathroom is not functioning well, hope they will fix it.Room 402.
