Relaxing and convenient.
+ Exhausted after a non-stop 19-hour flight, it was great just to walk under cover to the Crown Plaza. Likewise, with an 0500 check-in at Terminal 3 on departure day, the location was beneficial.

+ Great location and good service
− Property was great, the club lounge was limited in its wine and champagne selection but staff were great and food was nice. There was a constant leak in the room from the A/C
