Overall pleasant hotel but very noisy area.

+ The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was in a good location with plenty of shops around, and nearby 2 malls. The room was clean and comfy.

− It was very noisy especially on a night. The windows are very thin and even when closed there was a gap down the sides so you could hear everything outside. Traffic all through the night with cars constantly beeping. The walls are also thin so could hear the neighbours in the next room every night. The bathroom often smelt of drains which could be very unpleasant.

Great, but has things worth considering

+ The price is great for what you are getting, the staff is helpful and friendly, although the location is not near any monuments - it is great and there are many other things outside of sightseeing which can be done.

− It pains me to say it, but I have to be honest to help both the hotel and visitors make their choice - the misuses were that the towels and bedsheets had stains and weren't clean (at least on day 1 and 2). Another inconvenience was that we got a complaint for being in the hot tub, by some neighbour who had been able to see us?!(No one was naked) Which really is absurd, because the buildings which are high enough are also too far to see clearly without binoculars or some device, so take that into account. I give a score 8/10, but I believe with a bit more love it can be exceptional 11/10

Comfortable stay, practical but not luxurious hotel- closer to a three start hotel

+ - Location that was close to the train station making tourist attractions accessible, close to a port making cruises possible and close to good beaches. - Staff flexibility in meeting our expectations - Responsive and helpful staff members - Daily cleaning - Healthy breakfast with good variety - Shops and supermarkets nearby - Clean and beautiful corridors - Sauna, pool and hamam facilities

− - Fittings were poorly done such as flimsy toilet role holder, faulty bedside drawer, broken TV remote, curtains kept falling off the top rail. - Furniture quality such as bathoom vanity unit, shower door or bidet were all poor quality and faulty- We could not waste our holiday chasing them to fix or replace stuff - Daily cleaning needed monitoring or corners would’ve been cut for instance some days a bin clearing was missed. - Poor sound insulation as we could hear neighbouring guests talking, flushing the toilet etc. - Lift was faulty and kept closing before everyone were off, at times scary as it would stop half way between two floors. - Gym was under construction and pool was not impressive - Triple rooms were small for three people

Overall a good experience

+ The property is well maintained and the staffs were helpful expect the restaurant staff , Never bothered to ensure the full breakfast was offered to the guest until the end of the stipulated period

− They lied to me. It was written on the booking that metro and transportation access cards could be provided. When I asked for them, they said they don't provide this service. However its written on booking

− Breakfast menu is very limited. Noise from neighboring rooms.

− The hotel is old and dirty. The room was ok and housekeeping does a good job but everything is old and run down. Very noisy also.

− At midnight, I noticed some noise coming from the adjacent room, which I believe was related to laundry operations.

Enjoyable for a one-night stay in the city.

+ The staff was absolutely amazing!

− There was a jacuzzi in our room!
