+ Very unique property unlike anything else I have stayed at. Fabulous natural spring baths cascading down a hill with big pool at the bottom. Lovely room with private pool out the front. Fabulous food and breathtaking views over a lake and mountain.

Lovely stay. Nice facilities and access to Batur and trips.

+ Beautiful setting with the hot pools that are open from 7am until 8pm but you have your own hot pool outside your room. Staff were. Wry friendly. Very attentive and there are calls buttons so they don’t hover around but they are there on an instant and help you with everything. Can daily a single member of staff. Good sun beds by pools and the guest facilities for visitors and people staying were excellent, lockers, showers and bathrooms. Food was a good selection and the evening meals were very nice. Breakfast was a little plain, no seasoning or anything but all very good portions and you can pre order your breakfast. Trips are easy to book also. Reception book taxis. Cats, jeeps or anything you need so easy to get around. All costs were put on the room as well so one card payment at the end but you can pay as you go. We did ours on the room include the trips and onward taxis. For the odd little thing that needed Improvement, there were so many little extras that were really appreciated. The fire pit at night, offering blankets of you were sat outside and it was cooler. The staff and there attention to detail and support..

− Lots of steps. It’s only an issue if you’re going up and down to reception as the rooms, restaurant and pool do have steps but less of them and you get used to them.. there was some damage to one of the steps but this was rectified the same three days we were there. They light them well at night as well. The access road to the property is bad. Some drivers won’t go up there so we used local drivers who know what the roads are like in the area. There were a few little bits. Drainage in the room was not great so the bathroom smelt a little but considering where you are, it wasn’t an issue, we just kept the door shut. Salt and pepper and napkins were missing off the. Tables in the restaurant but a gentleman from Sydney (Balinese) was visiting and the same day all those little things were available ale and on the tables including candles for the flys. Overall none of it would stop me staying again. Stunning setting. Staff were amazing and we were very comfortable for our few days.

+ Very nice location with an outstanding view on volcano and lake. Beautiful landscape around. Very quiet at night for a good nights sleep. The private pools are amazing. The rooms clean and modern. All you need is provided. The staff is very friendly. In the evening there is even a bonfire.

− The road to the hotel is an absolute nightmare. Don’t come with your own car. Use a driver or a motorbike. The pools need to be repainted to take better pictures.

Hot springs in your villa

+ Hot springs in your viila - best opportunity! Friendly staff, cozy villas and best views. Be ready for a lot of flies - from morning to 7 pm. It's problem of region Kintamani not because of hotel.

+ Unique design and well appointed + comfortable beds.. a quiet panoramic view of Lake Batur and surrounding areas

+ Everything was nice and the view was really really beautifull. The hot pools are amazing. They might need a little mainteance as some have their color fainted and teardown but i guess it s because some pools are really hot. It was a really nice experience. The food options could be upgraded and they dont have any wines or cocktails but you can bring your own bottles and they are really OK with that. Overall a really nice experience

− The flies were everywhere but it is the Fly season and nothing they can do. They are all over Batur.
