The hotel is phenomenal. The view , the location , the rooms , the services , the check in and checkout being so smooth

+ I have seen tiktok videos and an Instagram video of the hotel .

− It’s just that the room service like for example( asking for cutlery or for someone to come and get the bags ) and I requested that through WhatsApp it have taken time. That was the ONLY. But the property itself is amazing but a single flaw. I hope tho they’ll have the celebration packages it would have been chef kisses

Our room was beautiful, the view was breathtaking, and every detail made our stay feel truly special and memorable. A very special appreciation goes to Khush, who deserves a special mention for her exceptional hospitality. ❤️ She was incredibly warm, attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring throughout our entire stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, and her personal attention made such a big difference to our experience. The room upgrade was such a lovely surprise, and the beautiful gift and handwritten note she arranged for us was such a thoughtful touch. These little details made us feel genuinely valued and welcomed. 🥹❤️ We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already thinking about coming back for our wedding anniversary. We would also happily recommend this hotel to our friends and family, especially because of the wonderful service we received from Khush.

+ Everything was outstanding. The location was amazing, but the hotel itself is top notch. From reception to every single member of staff, all of them were very welcoming and nice, and made sure to make our stay and the whole experience super special. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and honestly you don't even need to leave because it has every kind of service and facility you could want. All the restaurants are wonderful, and breakfast is varied and delicious. The pools are very peaceful, and the rooftop pool is impressive, with amazing views of the Palm and Bluewaters. The restaurants on the higher floors have stunning views and a fantastic atmosphere. Our room was huge with unbeatable views, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and overall everything was a 10 out of 10. We live here, but we'll definitely be back for the occasional weekend getaway because the service is unbeatable, and we'll be recommending this hotel to all our friends and family whenever they visit. We also used the spa for a couple's massage, and the service was fantastic, the entire staff was super friendly and helped us with everything. They truly made our wedding anniversary celebration very special. We would like to thank especially Rasoul for all his help, as well as the rest of the team from reception, concierge, restaurants, pools, spa, and room service. Thank you all so much!

Still a good stay and experience

+ Gym on a high floor and massive breakfast area.

− Most of the rooms are not facing the sea. Drop-off area is congested with cars. Lack of valet attendant and organization.
