Extremely pleasant stay, especially since Mr. Ahmed took care of us!
+ Mr. Ahmed made the stay memorable, he was superb, very well mannered and hospitable.

Although only a short stay this was a lovely start to our following holiday
+ Cleanliness, friendliness of staff, excellent facilities, good choice for breakfast A particular mention to Evie’s and Esmai who welcomed us at the front desk and were very helpful and pleasant. I would have no hesitation in staying in this hotel again

In total it’s good as always. Uncomfortable bathroom heavy door but such a small place in. Shower border was broken and

− The room are soo small bathroom is like a disaster) very uncomfortable to go in and use it’s too small. So definitely recommend to stay at suit only.

Feels like home
+ I’d like to say that this is truly one of the best hotels in terms of value for money. The renovation is outstanding, with high-quality furniture and beautiful decor. Everything is exactly as you see in the photos — and honestly, it’s even better in real life! This is quite rare in Dubai, where many hotels are older and often don’t undergo proper renovations. So if you’re looking for cleanliness, comfort, and a touch of luxury at an affordable price, this is definitely the place to stay. Another great advantage is that you can prepare your own meals. There’s a supermarket just a one-minute walk from the hotel, where you can buy groceries or ready-made food, which is very convenient and helps save money. The metro is also nearby if you don’t have a car. The gym is excellent, and although the pool is not very large, it’s clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Most importantly, the hospitality is wonderful, and the staff are always polite, friendly, and helpful. Thank you to the entire team for a great stay!

Location, housekeeping, pool staff, concierge and guest check-in staff are excellent made our stay relaxing.

− No bath tub and in an area where restaurants are very few the hotel’s restaurant closed at 16:30! Deal killer.

+ Superbe property. the apartment layout is perfect, the kitchen and appliances very convenient to prepare any meal. a very delicate and soothing room. and the roof pool, 25m long perfect for swimming ;) thank you Alice and Lukman to make our stay a memorable moment.
− just to say something... the reverb in the bathroom... for those who d like to sing in the shower ;)
